The flexibility of your muscles and the mobility of your joints play a huge role in effective and functional movement that will allow you to maximize your performance and get the most out of your training sessions.
This 30 minute session will focus on highlighting and relieving the stressful areas of your body. You will learn a lot about your body's anatomy. We will focus on deep stretches, poses and wholesome breathing--all of which I will be guiding you thorugh by providing verbal, visual and physical assistance.
